All members of eksat are graduates and post graduates. It gives training in capacity building, soft skill development, business opportunity identification and enterprises development, accounting practice for community based organizations and self help groups.

eksat works to empower poor women through micro-enterprises development and management. We provide business development services to economically disadvantaged women and help them to initiate and effectively manage their own micro enterprises and grass root activities.

Eksat conducting research and survey activities for other organizations. The eksat team has also been entrusted with state-wide surveys in Kerala.
